DIRECTIONS:

• Download the Extra Credit File template below.
• For every incorrect answer in the quizzes and long tests, review your answer by identifying and correcting the error. If you have more than 10 mistakes, choose only 10 items to review.
• Use the table on the second page as template.
• Add rows then copy the table heading when necessary.
• Submit a printed copy on or before the day after the Long Test 2 results are given. No late submissions will be accepted.

About Extra Credit Task

Based on the General Rules and Guidelines (D.1),

An optional extra credit task will be given every quarter. This will merit a maximum of 3% or a letter grade higher than the original grade.
